Egg-Nog Protein Shake

bring the holiday season, I am a huge fan of egg-nog. I was figuring, don't give in to it, instead find a way around it.
Need:
Egg Nog Almond Milk
Nutmeg
Arbonne Vanilla Protein
Ice
Water
How:
Add 1 Cup of Egg-nog
Add 1 cup of water
Add 2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein
Add in 1 cup of ice
Add a dash of nutmeg
Blend it all!
After:
Serve with sprinkles of ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg
Enjoy your holiday drink full of protein!
(add more ice if needed and if you do want it thicker, add 1 cup of Unsweetened almond milk)
