Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients

· Chopped red bell peppers

· diced union

· avocado oil

· black ground pepper

· pink Himalayan salt

· oregano leaves

· grape seed oil

· Asparagus

· Coconut oil

· Green beans

· Almond milk based

· Fresh basil

· Flat bread

· Almond Milk Soup Base

·


How it’s done

a.) Put your black ground pepper, pink Himalayan salt, and oregano leaves into one bowl

b.) In your pan add some fresh basil, union, red bell pepper, and tomato to your pan while sprinkling hemp seeds on top, next put your bowl of black ground pepper, pink Himalayan salt, and oregano leaves into the same pan

c.) 5 min in add some grape seed oil

d.) Fetch a pan and press some tin foil on it so that you can put some asparagus on it add some black pepper, salt, and lime juice to it then put it in the oven. Make sure it’s on 450 degrees Fahrenheit

e.) Get a pot and put some almond milk soup based into it-- warm on medium heat

f.) Put your coconut oil into a pan let it simmer down in the pan and put in some ground turkey breast chicken. At this point, add some garlic powder, pink Himalayan salt, and pepper

g.) Once 10 minutes has gone by with your chicken on med-high heat turn it down to a mild heat and let it sit until it’s time to eat

h.) Once your pan has been sitting there for 15 min it’s time to hand mash ( it if you’re not good at hand mashing then put it in a blender )

i.) You take that blended goodness and put it in your pot that should be steaming and barely bubbling by now

j.) Shred some fresh basil with your fingers as you add it into the pot and boil for good 5 min.


SERVE AND ENJOY

Served with asparagus and lean turkey breast
